Harvested in the winter of 2025, our Waialua Honey has a dark amber-color with notes of coffee, caramel and dark chocolate. This apiary is located on O'ahu’s only macadamia orchard, which gives the honey a rich, molasses-like flavor, floral aroma and velvety texture.
