About the Bar: For this chocolate we hand select beans from quality cacao producers across the Kona and Hilo regions of Hawaiʻi Island (the Big Island). This is our only milk chocolate produced from Hawaiʻi grown cacao. It is crafted in a Belgium/Swiss style of chocolate making that uses milk to bring out a creamy, caramel mouthfeel and flavor.
Details: 50% milk chocolate. Ingredients: organic cane sugar, cacao, cocoa butter, organic whole milk powder. 2.1oz (60g) bar. Contains milk. For maximum flavor, store and eat chocolate at 65-70° F.
