Hula for Health with Kumu Brad Lum

Kumu Hula Brad Lum leads this weekly Hula class focused on building strength. Hula works a variety of muscle groups – increasing muscle strength, endurance, rhythm, and cardiovascular health.
Not only good for the body, Hula is great for the mind and the soul. This class concludes with a light meditation. Kumu Brad suggests bringing a yoga mat, a pillow, or something soft to sit on.
$10/person per class.
